Something Fishy is going on, again
And suprise, suprise, it has to do with Halliburton. Kellog Brown and Root, and another division of Dick(head) Cheney's former employer, Halliburton, have filed bankruptcy, ch. 11, yesterday, seeking protection from 400,000 asbestos injury related claimes, expecting to cost them no more than 2.78 billion dollars. Government Contracts for the companyies have totalled about 3 billion, with more coming in, no bid, in ther neear forseeable future. Not to draw any conclusions, but, i could be reading some things wrong, as the way the article is worded keeps everything legal, but something here sounds like the government is keeping an old friend finacially solvent. So my friend got screwed. hard. by CIHOST.com
in a word, these are bad people. this is a true story. in the precess of being rectified.
The Better Business Bureau has been duly alerted, therefore, I insist that you terminate the contract of one Daniel Sieradski, account: #ci61883463, domain: youraunt.net, and supply the afore mentioned with a full refund, including setup and monthly fees. On your company's website, the bolded statement: Risk free contracts! - 30 day money back guarantee on all servers was prominently displayed; there is no asterisk*, nor link, nor small print to denote that this is not an entirely true statement. Your host was used for only a few hours, hence, the buyer, one Daniel Sieradski, was exercising his discretion after a review of your companies software lead to the conclusion that your services would not meet his needs. I fully intend to make all of your associates, as well as those whom I may know who are currently looking for hosting, aware of the underhanded manner in which your company conducts its business.
This is a form letter, from and angry member of the Jakeneck Crew. (www.jakeneck.com). After reading about how you have treated my good friend, Mr Sieradski, I feel that in his continuing efforts to keep a community together, after repeated attacks upon his character and server box, that he trusted your company to deliver as promised, and after forking out a large chuck of cash, as well as support from many of his friends, myself included, that you would not terminate his contract on his account, and completely refund all setup fees, monthly fees and any monies he has paid into a service that was risk free.
